Yes, you can! Common prescription glasses fit under the VR headset without any issue and our staff are ready to assist you. If you wear a bigger model of glasses and want to make sure you will enjoy the game, we recommend using contact lenses.
Our games are suitable for players older than 7 years of age and over 130 cm in height. Unfortunately, the VR experience is not suitable for individuals suffering from loss of consciousness, migraines, balance problems, disorientation, cardiovascular diseases, or for immobile persons. Players under the influence of alcohol or other substances of abuse will not be allowed to participate in our VR experiences.
The difference between the actual and perceived motion may occasionally cause mild dizziness or balance problems. However, such occurrence is rare, so it should not stop you from booking your experience in virtual reality.
We only need your name or the reservation ID from the confirmation e-mail. In the future, the identification will be made easier by scanning a QR code.
You won't need anything special, just remember to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Leave your high heels and flip-flops at home and opt for sneakers instead.
Our VR games last between 20-30 minutes, depending on the arena type, with the entire experience taking up to 40 minutes. We feature two arena sizes: the larger ones offer a 150 sq. m. play area with 30-minute games, while the smaller arenas provide a 60 sq. m. area with games lasting 20 minutes.
The players should be at least 7 years of age, however, there is no maximum age. You don't need to be in a top shape or have any previous experience with VR, our adventures are available for any age group. Children less than 10 years old have to be accompanied by an adult.
Each time slot is open for a team of up to 4 players. If you arrive in a bigger group, you will be split into teams of 4 and enter the arena in up to 10-minute intervals. The time intervals ensure you won't bump into another group in the arena.
You can get audio clues during the adventure. Some games include a virtual guide that helps you solve the puzzles.
The virtual surrounding of the game fits with the actual layout of the arena. Make sure you follow the game instructions to avoid the possibility of hitting a wall or your fellow players.
Unfortunately, taking photos or videos during the game session is not allowed. You may, however, take a picture in the VR headset and backpack before or after entering the arena.

It was a fantastic experience, the kids loved it, and the staff were very friendly especially Tomas and Daniel. very safe environment, we left the kids with Tomas as they were playing and we came back and kids were very happy. thank you very much Tomas, we recommend everyone to come over and have a great time.
Me and my son do the "Last Stand" really fun experience as both of us were comparing stats, 25 minutes just flew. My only observation is that I felt it's a little bit on the pricey side, at £45pp for just 25 minutes. Definitely would have gone 2 or 3 times easily if it was a bit cheaper. But other than that, we really enjoyed it. Will definitely come back.

An amazing experience, well worth doing. The way the VR world was integrated into the real one was done very well, walls and railings in VR are 'real', for example. I have to drop a star, due to minor tracking issues, and glitches during when I guess it is loading the next area. This should absolutely NOT put anyone off from doing it, however. My family all enjoyed it and will be going back!
Took my son and his friends for 9th birthday party. They all loved it. The guys running it where great and really good with the kids. It’s quite expensive but my son and friends absolutely loved . The smiles (plus screaming) makes it good value.
Really fun spontaneous experience with my husband, excellent experience. Not your usual glasses and room. You get to experience touches and movements too which really amplify the experience. 10/10 Thank you
